Iran’s Threat, Venezuelan Election Controversy, and Russia Prisoner Exchange #shorts

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with the Home Front Command Thursday following the threat by Iran’s Ayatollah Khamenei to strike Israel directly. Israel’s military and civilians are preparing for an attack by Iran and its proxies on multiple fronts.

The United States has recognized the opposition candidate Edmundo González as the winner of Venezuela’s presidential election, pressuring the nation’s election authority to release the tally of Sunday’s vote totals declaring incumbent Nicolas Maduro the winner.

And three newly freed Americans are back on U.S. soil after a landmark prisoner exchange with Russia. They arrived at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland shortly before midnight Thursday.
