Meet Misty. After years serving in the Arab world and pioneering a counter-trafficking organization to combat child sexual slavery in America, she moved to the Mediterranean Basin to spearhead FAI’s Counter-Trafficking Initiative (CTI).

Human trafficking, particularly sexual slavery, in the Muslim world creates a uniquely devastating cocktail of oppression and abuse. Islamic sanctions and attitudes against women are their own kind of awful. We are grateful for the doors the Lord is opening to exalt the name of Jesus in lives and places bound by so many different chains.
