Iniquity Shall Abound
The world openly calls good evil and evil good. We now live in a time where evil is celebrated and promoted while godliness, holiness, and goodness are treated with contempt (Isaiah 5:20). In times past, it seemed people preferred to do evil, but it was often under cover of darkness. They weren’t so brazen and open about their sin: today, it’s championed and praised.
Pennsylvania: Police chief killed; another officer wounded. Police chief Justin McIntire was killed in a chase on foot that occurred after a traffic stop; the surviving officer is in stable condition. Aaron Lamont Swan Jr., who was later killed in an exchange of gunfire with police, had an extensive, violent criminal record. Many in law enforcement and the community feel Swan should’ve never been out on the streets to begin with.
Celebrity-Backed Bail group helped free serial criminal who then shot a waiter 11 times during a robbery shortly after his release. There are a number of cases (see Criticism and Consequences section at this link) in which The Bail Project helped release someone who shortly thereafter committed murder. The project has announced closure of its Las Vegas chapter due to “restructuring.”
Portland Man’s Face Partially Chewed Off by Assailant where crime is soaring under Democrat leadership. The assailant allegedly used fentanyl and marijuana before the attack.
A first-grade teacher was shot by a 6-year-old student in the classroom at a Newport News elementary school. The teacher suffered life-threatening injuries. The boy, who intentionally shot the teacher, was taken into police custody.

Macron is building a 44-nation “European Political Community” and has taken every opportunity to present himself as Europe’s foremost leader and a hyperactive player on the world stage.
Global government is being pushed openly in these last of the last days. Those of us in Christ won’t be here to see who heads it up, but we watchmen and watchwomen on the wall should warn those who seem determined to be left behind about leaders who appear to be vying for that position.
Conclusion
“For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness” (2 Thessalonians 2:7-12).
Meanwhile, we await Christ Jesus, our Blessed Hope, who will call us up to escape the wrath that God will pour out during the Tribulation.
“For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words” (1 Thessalonians 4:16-18). Also, see 1 Corinthians 15:51-52.
“For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ” (1 Thessalonians 5:9).
