Harris Kornstein is a college professor in Arizona and drag queen, one of the minds behind the manifesto “Drag Pedagogy: The Playful Practice of Queer Imagination in Early Childhood,” along with co-author (transgender queer theorist) Harper Keenan of University of British Columbia. The point of the manifesto, which quotes pedophile rapist Michel Foucault among others, is to explain how “drag pedagogy” can be used to indoctrinate children.

A school board member wearing cat ears, who describes herself as “a neurodivergent Queer,” opposed the university’s “commitment to Jesus Christ, accomplishing his will and advancements on earth as in Heaven.” She says this puts LGBT school board members and “queer” students in “personal danger.” Other school board members agreed. The board recently added their pronouns as a solidarity move with the LGBT community.
