Friends and family are mourning the death of 5 people after a mass shooting in Louisville, Kentucky. The suspect, a bank employee, live-streamed the shooting and was killed after a gunfire exchange with police.
The Biden administration on Monday filed an emergency request asking a federal appeals court to block a Texas judge’s ruling that suspended the FDA’s approval of the commonly-used abortion drug Mifepristone.
Democratic lawmaker Justin Jones has been reinstated to his position in the Tennessee House after he and another African-American House member were ousted by their GOP colleagues last week for helping to lead an anti-gun violence demonstration in the legislature.
And Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Monday he will reinstate his ousted defense minister.
