Police are asking the stunned townspeople of Dadeville, Alabama for information about a deadly shooting at a teenager’s birthday party that killed 4 people, including the teenager’s brother on Sunday. Twenty-eight people were wounded in all.
Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito put a temporary stay on lower court rulings narrowing access to the abortion drug mifepristone. The stay allows the high court to consider the Biden administration’s challenge to the drug’s restrictions.
And Iran’s Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi will make history on his visit to Israel this week. Pahlavi, the son of the Shah, the last non-Islamist ruler of Iran, will attend a ceremony that commemorates victims of the holocaust.
