Ukraine Retakes Village, Trump to Plead Not Guilty, and I-95 Bridge Collapse in Philadelphia #shorts
Former President Donald Trump says he will plead “not guilty” at his court appearance in Florida tomorrow after a special prosecutor indicted him on federal charges Thursday. The GOP front-runner plans to continue his campaign for the 2024 presidential nomination.
Ukraine claims to have retaken a village in fighting with Russian forces in the southeastern part of the country. Russia says it has repelled attacks by Ukraine along other parts of the battle front. A regional official said three people were killed when Russian troops opened fire at a boat evacuating civilians across the Dnieper River.
And a section of Interstate 95, one of the nation’s busiest traffic arteries stretching from Maine to Florida, could be shut down for months near downtown Philadelphia after a tanker truck fire caused a collapse of the roadway. Miraculously, officials have so far reported no deaths or injuries.
