Moscow is preparing for war and battening down the hatches as soldiers build outposts and military vehicles flood the streets ahead of the expected arrival of Russia’s Wagner militia forces.

All bets are off in Russia today as the paramilitary Wagner mercenary militia forces have launched a coup against Vladimir Putin who, by the way, has reportedly boarded his official plane and fled to the relative safety of Saint Petersburg. Russia now has a war on two fronts, Ukraine and Moscow, from two separate enemies. Never a dull moment on the front lines of the end times.

“And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I am the LORD.” Ezekiel 39:6 (KJB)

One of three things is about to happen. In the first scenario, the Wagner paramilitary forces advance on Moscow and take it, overthrowing Putin in the process who now becomes an exile who may or may not be publicly put to death. In the second scenario, the Wagner paramilitary forces advance on Moscow and meet strong resistance, triggering a state of civil war while being at war with Ukraine at the same time. In the third scenario, the Wagner group is repelled and Putin winds up even stronger than he was before. Wow, whatever happens next is going to write a whole new chapter in Russia while advancing the prophecy timeline as it does so.

Moscow prepares for war: Soldiers hurriedly build defences and armoured vehicles take to the streets as feared Wagner militia forces head towards Putin’s capital

UPDATED: Wagner boss Yevgeny Prigozhin will be exiled to Belarus and face no charges for his group’s failed mutiny against Vladimir Putin, the Kremlin has said, after he gave a sensational order to his army to halt their march on Moscow and retreat. Coup accusations against the mercenary chief have been dropped, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov claimed tonight, adding that there will be no change of military leadership within Russia despite the humiliating crisis.

FROM THE DAILY MAIL UK: Wagner chief Yevgney Prigozhin initiated a military coup against Putin overnight, which has seen the group take key cities and threaten the President, who called them ‘traitors’.

Putin addressed the Russian people on Saturday, warning that the military leader had ‘stabbed him in the back’, as Moscow prepares to enter into lockdown, with troops digging in in preparation to defend the city.

Prigozhin and his feared 25,000-strong Wagner militia took control of the southern Russian city of Rostov-on-Don, saying they are ‘ready to die’ for their ‘march of justice’, and have been heading north in a hundreds-strong convoy of armoured vehicles. The unit passed through the halfway city of Voronezh and have reached as far north as Yelets as they advance on Moscow, seeing negligible resistance.

A message posted on the Wagner Telegram channel on Saturday said: ‘Putin made the wrong choice. All the worse for him. Soon we will have a new president.’

Footage on social media has shown large convoys of troops heading north from Voronezh, thought to be Wagner mercenaries. They are also said to be on their way to other key cities including Krasnodar and Volgograd.

Russia has responded by increasing security in Moscow, mobilising troops who are set to defend against the incursion, and calling for the military to rally around President Putin.

All public events have been cancelled, as Putin called close ally Belarussian President Alexander Lukashenko to brief him on the situation.

Pro-Putin forces on the outskirts of the city were meanwhile seen digging in against the Wagner coup army heading towards the capital. Russian troops were pictured establishing positions at a bridge across the Oka River. They deployed barrage equipment, machine guns and grenade launchers. READ MORE

Russian president Vladimir Putin has vowed to punish mercenaries involved in an apparent armed mutiny. Wagner group leader Yevgeny Prigozhin has called for a rebellion against the army, and while he has denied attempting a coup, it is understood the group has taken the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don near the Ukraine border. Prigozhin accused the army of launching a deadly attack on his forces in Ukraine, where Wagner troops are fighting for Russia – which Moscow has denied. Now, in recent hours, security in Russia has been tightened, with internet restricted and military trucks spotted on Moscow’s streets.

Wagner boss Yevgeny Prigozhin has issued an audio message confirming his fighters are returning to their bases to “avoid bloodshed”. The move comes after a convoy of his fighters entered the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don in the early hours of this morning, where UK defence intelligence says the city’s military headquarters was very likely captured.

Please continue to pray for us, and for wisdom for me especially, as we continue taking steps to print the NTEB branded King James Bible for our free Bible and Bibles Behind Bars program. It is exciting and intimidating at the same time. If the Lord has prospered your financially, we ask you to donate to help us continue to send out free Bibles at this level, and even higher than we are at the moment. It takes a lot of prayer, and a lot of resources to do all this. Praise the Lord we are doing it, all of us together, labouring in the Lord’s harvest field. TO THE FIGHT!!!

When you contribute to this fundraising effort, you are helping us to do what the Lord called us to do. The money you send in goes primarily to the overall daily operations of this site. When people ask for Bibles, we send them out at no charge. When people write in and say how much they would like gospel tracts but cannot afford them, we send them a box at no cost to them for either the tracts or the shipping, no matter where they are in the world. We have a Gospel Billboard program. We are now broadcasting Bible studies, Podcasts and a Sunday Service 5 times a week, thanks to your generous donations. All this is possible because YOU pray for us, YOU support us, and YOU give so we can continue growing.

But whatever you do, don’t do nothing. Time is short and we need your help right now. The Lord has given us an open door with a tremendous ‘course’ for us to fulfill that will create an excellent experience at the Judgement Seat of Christ. Please pray for our efforts, and if the Lord leads you to donate, be as generous as possible. The war is REAL, the battle HOT and the time is SHORTTO THE FIGHT!!!
