Israel Pulls Out of West Bank, Tensions in Ukraine, and Iran Attempts to Seize Tankers #shorts
The governments of Russia and Ukraine are accusing each other of planning an attack on the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, which could create a dangerous escalation in the 17-month-long war.
Israel says its military has completed an operation to destroy terrorist infrastructure in the West Bank City of Jenin, but will keep its forces nearby in case they’re needed. One Israeli soldier was killed as the pullout began, and terror factions in Gaza fired 5 rockets into Israel overnight, while a Tel Aviv ramming and stabbing attack wounded 10 people.
And the U.S. Navy says Iran tried to seize two oil tankers near the strategic Strait of Hormuz, firing shots at one of them. It says that in both incidents early Wednesday the Iranian naval vessels backed off after the U.S. Navy responded.
