Northeast Flooding, Ukraine Not Ready for NATO, and Cleveland Mass Shooting #shorts
President Joe Biden says Ukraine isn’t ready to join NATO, telling CNN ahead of the alliance’s annual summit in Lithuania this week, that Russia must end its war before Kyiv can start the membership process.
Meteorologists warn that heavy downpours could bring flash floods to parts of the northeast in the coming days, with a month’s-worth of rain expected in some locations. Heavy rain in New York led to one fatality after woman was swept away from her home.
And an early morning shooting in a nightclub area of downtown Cleveland sent nine people to the hospital. Seven men and two women were injured, but authorities reported no fatalities.
