First GOP Debate Minus Trump, Hilary Still Poses Threat, and Trump to Turn Himself in #shorts
The first Republican presidential primary debate is just one day away minus former President Donald Trump. Instead of being on stage, Trump plans to be the only player in an interview with Tucker Carlson on Wednesday. Analysts are weighing in on how his decision to skip the debate will impact the race.
The National Hurricane Center said Monday that while Tropical Storm Hilary had lost much of its power, “continued life-threatening and locally catastrophic flooding” is still expected. Meanwhile, President Joe Biden on Monday vowed to help Hawaii rebuild as he toured the aftermath of the deadliest wildfire in US history.
And Former President Donald Trump says he will surrender to an Atlanta jail on Thursday to face charges in the Georgia 2020 election case. His bond has been set for $200,000.
