The sprawling storm made travel occasionally difficult for the 55.4 million Americans traveling by road or air. FlightAware reported 47 flights with destinations either in or out of the U.S. were canceled, with hundreds delayed.

US Navy Spy Plane Overshoots Runway Into Waters Off Hawaii
