We go into 2024 having sent out 250,000 free King James Bibles, New Testaments, scripture portions and gospel tracts, but we need your help to stay in the fight.
This is our vacation week here at Now The End Begins, and we’ve taken a short break from broadcasting and content creation while we rest and recharge for the upcoming year that, I’m sure, will be chock-full of end times intrigue and excitement. Lots of people make the time between Christmas and New Year’s their ‘staycation’ time. One person who doesn’t get that time off is Staff Sgt. Edison at the Jones County Adult Detention Center in Mississippi, and he wrote to us on Wednesday to ask for our help.

Staff Sgt. Edison wrote and said they are not just low on Bibles, they are out of them completely. The Jones County facility is built for 160 inmates, but as of 2022 was housing upwards of 230. You can well imagine that in a facility like that, having the word of God present and available is of paramount importance. 2024 is a time where many Bible-sending organizations will be cutting back on the amount they send out, but Lord willing, we here at Bibles Behind Bars will be increasing our output. But we can only do that with your help. Let’s start by getting Jones County up to speed.

We are just 2 days away from a brand-new year, and it is usually at this time people reflect on the year that’s coming to a close, and make resolutions for the new one coming in. One thing we resolve to do is to continue to stand in the gap between the lost and the unquenchable fires of a burning Hell, sending out as many King James Bibles, New Testaments, scripture portions and gospel tracts, for free, as we possibly can. In the end of 2022, we resolved to band together to send out one million pieces of Bible literature, and I am happy to tell you we go into the New Year of 2024 having accomplished 25% of that awesome goal! Please continue to pray for us, and for wisdom for me especially, as we continue taking steps to print the NTEB branded King James Bible for our free Bible and Bibles Behind Bars program. It is exciting and intimidating at the same time. If the Lord has prospered your financially, we ask you to donate to help us continue to send out free Bibles at this level, and even higher than we are at the moment. It takes a lot of prayer, and a lot of resources to do all this. Praise the Lord we are doing it, all of us together, labouring in the Lord’s harvest field. TO THE FIGHT!!!
When you contribute to this fundraising effort, you are helping us to do what the Lord called us to do. The money you send in goes primarily to the overall daily operations of this site. When people ask for Bibles, we send them out at no charge. When people write in and say how much they would like gospel tracts but cannot afford them, we send them a box at no cost to them for either the tracts or the shipping, no matter where they are in the world. We have a Gospel Billboard program. We are now broadcasting Bible studies, Podcasts and a Sunday Service 5 times a week, thanks to your generous donations. All this is possible because YOU pray for us, YOU support us, and YOU give so we can continue growing.
But whatever you do, don’t do nothing. Time is short and we need your help right now. The Lord has given us an open door with a tremendous ‘course’ for us to fulfill that will create an excellent experience at the Judgement Seat of Christ.
