U.S. Vetos UN Resolution, Biden Informant has Ties to Russia, and Haley Vows to Stay in Race #shorts
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is continuing to resist internal and global pressure for a ceasefire, stating Israel will not halt its Gaza military action until its goals are met. Meanwhile the U.S. vetoed a U.N. ceasefire resolution to protect hostage negotiations.
On Tuesday, DOJ prosecutors said that Alexander Smirnov, the former FBI informant who claimed the Bidens partook in a multimillion-dollar bribery scheme with a Ukrainian energy company, had contacts with Russian intelligence officials. Last week Smirnov was charged with making falsified statements to the FBI.
And Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley vows to stay in the White House race, despite trailing behind Trump by more than 20 percent in her home state of South Carolina. Haley says she’s playing the long game.
