Bibles Behind Bars and our NTEB Free Bible Program is a much-needed supply line to get the word of God to where it is needed most
As soon as the Podcast ended today, I fired off an email placing the Bibles Behind Bars order for the first wave of thousands of King James Bibles, in English and in Spanish, needed at the jails and prisons we told you about last week. Places like the The Stone County Regional Correctional Facility, The Sebastian County Adult Detention Center, Laurens County SC Detention Center, The East Alabama Medical Center, and right here at home, the Saint Johns County Jail. 2,600 King James Bible and 500 John/Romans scripture portions. Enough for every inmate, but we’re not stopping there.

Did you know we also supply Bibles to dozens of small ministry groups who go to the streets, jails and homeless shelters to preach the gospel of the grace of God. Groups like Mercy Missions Outreach Center in Kentucky, Second Chance Ministries in Tennessee, and financial support for ‘boots on the ground’ for groups like CPR Missions. We are a much-needed supply line, providing Bibles, New Testaments, scripture portions and gospel tracts wherever and whenever they’re needed. But we need you to be able to keep doing it.

I believe in this mission the Lord has given us so much, that I’ve decided to donate my entire salary I get from preaching at Bethany Baptist, $800 per month, to Bibles Behind Bars to help keep the Bibles flowing. Many of you give sacrificially as well, and that is the only way we’ve been able to do what have been doing since 2021 with the Bibles. Please pray for our efforts, that the Lord will continue to give us an open door. When you contribute to this fundraising effort, you are helping us to do what the Lord called us to do. The money you send in goes primarily to the overall daily operations of this site. When people ask for Bibles, we send them out at no charge. When people write in and say how much they would like gospel tracts but cannot afford them, we send them a box at no cost to them for either the tracts or the shipping, no matter where they are in the world. We have a Gospel Billboard program. We are now broadcasting Bible studies, Podcasts and a Sunday Service 5 times a week, thanks to your generous donations. All this is possible because YOU pray for us, YOU support us, and YOU give so we can continue growing.
