Iranian Leader Vows Revenge, Israel Dismisses Officers, and Judge Rejects Trump Request #shorts
The commander of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard has warned that they would punish Israel after an airstrike that killed seven of the group’s members, including two Iranian generals. Israeli military leaders are preparing for an Iranian retaliation.
The Israeli military has dismissed two officers and reprimanded three others for their roles in drone strikes in Gaza that killed seven aid workers on a food-delivery mission. The military said an investigation into the killings found the officers violated the army’s rules of engagement.
And a federal judge on Thursday rejected former President Donald Trump’s request to dismiss the classified documents prosecution against him. Lawyers for the Republican cited a 1978 statute known as the Presidential Records Act in demanding the case be tossed out before trial.
