Worthy Now will be hosting their annual conference on Oct. 11 at 6:30 p.m. at Pangle Hall. The event will be open to all women on campus and will consist of a keynote speaker, Susan Ashcraft, and four breakout groups centered around Love, Truth, Hope and Grace.

Worthy Now is an organization that was founded in 2014, centered towards helping “women understand their worth.” said Ally Seward.

The committee consists of Stacey York, Sarah Sajja, Lorielen Rosenbaum, Udella Walker, Ghalysa Swann, Brittany Gates, and Seward.

This year’s theme will be “Honor the Process.”

“This [theme] is based on 2 Corinthians 4:8-9. We thought that it spoke to the long list of what our female students said they are going through right now,” said York.

Along with the speakers, there will be giveaways and a special creative element new to a Worthy Now conference.
