AI Regulation, Abortion Drug Appeal, Montana Bans Tik Tok, and Texas Puberty Blockers Bill #shorts
Federal appeals court judges voiced skepticism in a hearing Wednesday concerning the Biden administration’s arguments for keeping full access to the abortion drug mifepristone, which was banned earlier this year by a Texas district court judge. And a Texas bill that prohibits doctors from giving transgender minors puberty blockers, hormone therapy and other treatment is headed to Gov. Greg Abbott’s desk after the Senate voted 19-12 Wednesday to pass the bill.
